Review the garment description, measurement sheet, fabric selection, coverage, finished length and expected dispatch date. Contact us about changes before approving production; do not assume a later design change can be accommodated.

Bespoke garments do not qualify for non-quality returns or exchanges. If the delivered garment is faulty, incorrect or does not match the approved specification, contact customer support with your quote reference and a description of the issue.

Production & delivery +

Made-to-order production takes 3–7 days after your Stripe invoice is paid and your measurements, fabric and design have been approved. Shipping is separate: standard US transit is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch. We confirm your expected dispatch and arrival dates in the final quote.
