How to Order
Choose your products, approve a written quote and pay securely through a Stripe invoice.
1. Browse Products
Choose the product, colour, size and quantity.
2. Submit a Quote Request
No payment is collected on our website. We review quote requests and respond within one business day, excluding weekends and US public holidays.
3. Availability Review
We verify inventory, discounts, applicable sales tax and delivery timing.
4. Approve the Final Quote
Confirm the final products, total and delivery terms by email. Submitting a request does not reserve stock or create a paid order.
5. Receive a Stripe Invoice
Wangjing LLC sends an itemized invoice through Stripe after you approve the final quote.
6. Pay Securely Through Stripe
Open the secure payment link in the official invoice email and complete payment on Stripe’s hosted invoice page. Do not send card numbers or security codes by email.
7. Order Fulfillment
For ready-to-wear items, processing begins after the invoice is paid: 1–3 business days for processing and normally 3–7 business days in transit after dispatch. Ready-to-wear estimated delivery is 4–10 business days after payment. Bespoke items instead require 3–7 days of production after payment and design approval, followed by 3–7 business days in transit. Tracking is provided after dispatch. Weekends and US public holidays are excluded.
